LTA2RVN 50 Year Reunion Form

We are now accepting forms for more than just HMM/VMM-364. Our form is open for other squadrons and units that will be a part of this reunion, so a new filed has been added to indicate what squadron(s) or unit(s) you were a will be representing at this reunion.

4. "All Hands Meeting," Aug 7th, at 1000 hours in the Hospitality Suite (Carpathia Room). Topics for discussion will be the next "off-year" reunion in 2017. We are looking at someplace in the middle of the country -- like St. Louis, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, Denver, Omaha, etc. Another topic will be my (Walt's) replacement (if any) as squadron reunion coordinator. 2018 will be my last reunion. (My 1st was Pensacola, 1998, so 20 years is enough.)

5. Our Friday (7 Aug.) night squadron dinner will be held at the Queen Mary Hotel. Happy hour will start at 1730 hours. Cash bar. The cost for dinner is $50.00 per person (inclusive).

6. A Saturday (8 Aug.) night dinner will be held at the Hilton Hotel, Long Beach in conjunction with the other squadrons participating in the LTA 2 RVN Reunion: HMM-362, HMM-363, VMO-6, H&MS-36, HMH-462, & MABS-36. The cost will be $50.00 per person (inclusive). Cash bar.

7. Room rates at the Queen Mary will be $119 per night for the standard room, and upgrades are available. Parking is $10/night. You must personally contact the Queen Mary to reserve your room. Contact them at 877-342-0742, and mention HMM-364 2015 Reunion.

8. You can fill in this form online, but you must still send your check to Walt via US Mail. DO NOT WAIT! July 7, 2015 is the cut-off date for room reservations at the Queen Mary. After that you are on your own, SOL, etc.
