No problem with advance notice!

Where refunds become difficult is with not showing up,
then seeking a refund.  Once I set up the hospitality suite, dinner, etc. at the
reunion, then the funds are pretty much committed, whether you show up or not.
I have no problem with any cancellations prior to the start of the Reunion.
 
However, as I stated, once we arrive in DC, and set things in motion, the
$$$ are pretty much committed. And unlike Popasmoke, I have not built anything
into the fees that I am asking our Foxes for, that would make anykind of a profit, usually
it's the other way around.
