Taken in the fall of '68, camouflaged utilities were new to Marine combat forces of that era.  Sizes of trousers and shirts were arriving sporadically and randomly, thus the mismatching with the old olive drabs.

The one of myself was taken on the way home from duking it out with a few snipers on a day patrol.  I do not recall who took the flick, but the Jarhead must have had his bell rung that day, to snap it cockeyed like that !
